June Employee of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Seth Chamblin, our June Employee of the Month at Siena Gardens! Seth is a valued member of our Environmental Services Department and has been part of the Siena family for the past four years. Known for his outstanding work ethic, reliability, and warm personality, Seth goes above and beyond every single day.



One resident shared, “He never complains! It’s a joy seeing his face every day. I like our talks, and it has been a joy getting to know him.” And we couldn’t agree more!

Seth is always willing to lend a hand—whether it’s helping out with facility events or joining in on resident activities. His dedication shines through in all he does, and it’s clear that his heart is truly in the right place. When we asked what he enjoys most about his job, Seth said, “Getting to know the residents and the relationships that are built with each one.”

Outside of work, Seth has some fun and unique interests! He’s the proud caretaker of three bearded dragons—Saphira, Ember, and Helix. A graduate of Peebles High School, Seth enjoys playing video games, watching The Lord of the Rings, and riding trails on his 4-wheeler while blasting heavy metal with his family.
